Meet the Cape Cod Broadcasting Marketing Staff
Stephen Colella, Director of Sales
 Stephen joined Cape Cod Broadcasting in 1983. “When someone asks me what I do, I tell them my job is to help local businesses become more successful.” Stephen is adamant that Cape Cod Broadcasting does not “sell spots.” “With our Customer Needs Analysis, we identify every advertiser’s unique position and greatest marketing opportunity, and then develop a customized advertising plan to meet their goals for success.” Cape Cod Broadcasting’s products are carefully cultivated to deliver Cape Cod’s prime audience through the Cape’s heritage radio station (WQRC 99.9), three unique formats (Ocean 104.7, WFCC Classical 107.5, Cape Country 104), and CapeCod.com. Stephen was graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Psychology and a concentration in Theatre, and after sunset has been a featured performer in more than twenty stage productions from Woods Hole to Brewster.

Judy Crocker, Local Sales Manager
 “Helping business owners grow and increase profits” has been Judy’s mantra since she graduated from Bentley College with a Business Communications degree in 1991 and began her career in radio. As Local Sales Manager of Cape Cod Broadcasting and CapeCod.com, Judy works with her team of marketing consultants to partner with local businesses to put together effective campaigns. “With the power of WQRC, Ocean 104.7, WFCC, Cape Country 104 and CapeCod.com, knowledgeable marketing consultants and effective campaigns our clients get results.” Judy is very active in our community and enjoys fundraising & event planning for many local non-profits and business organizations. Melinda Baker , Marketing Consultant

A graduate from Humber College’s Radio Broadcasting Program, Melinda hails from Toronto, Canada, and moved to the Cape in 2006. “What I enjoy most is watching a business grow through successful marketing and knowing I played a part in their success.” In Toronto, Melinda worked for a cluster of 3 top radio stations where she gained valuable experience. Since moving, Melinda enjoys learning more about Cape Cod and its history, and has a passion for reading. She likes to spend time relaxing at the beach with a good book. Eh?

Aimee Bourgeois, Marketing Consultant

 Aimee joined Cape Cod Broadcasting in September of 2006, working exclusively on Internet advertising campaigns with CapeCod.com. Soon after, she joined our team of station marketing consultants to assist clients with advertising on the radio. Aimee has a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Journalism from Suffolk University. When not at work you'll find Aimee out in the fresh air either at the beach, the woods, or on a long walk.

Julie Bray, Marketing Consultant

 As a Marketing Consultant with Cape Cod Broadcasting, Julie’s main goal is to help local companies meet and exceed their business goals. “I’m a dedicated consultant. I am not here to sell you some product, my job is to learn about your business and in return, educate you on the ways radio can help your business grow and succeed. I do this by meeting with you to gain an in-depth understanding of what your specific business needs and goals are, and then analyze what station(s) would be best for your business based on your demographic. I use this information to write a customized plan designed to increase traffic, build image and generate talk. “With radio, your company can actively speak out to your competition’s best customers and make them your customers. Julie grew up in Weston, MA and moved to the Cape for high school, graduating from Harwich High. Julie attended Hofstra University as well as The University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she graduated with a BA in Theater. After college, Julie moved to Boston for two years before moving back to the Cape. Outside of work Julie can be found hanging out with her family, acting in community theater shows, hiking, biking or doing pretty much anything outdoors.

Heidi Parent, Marketing Consultant

 As a Marketing Consultant with Cape Cod Broadcasting I enjoy meeting the amazing business owners here on Cape Cod, and helping them take their business to the next level with radio advertising. I am fascinated to learn about each and every business and their challenges and how I can help to solve them through creative marketing initiatives. As a small business owner (with my husband) I can share first hand experiences with radio advertising and help guide them to a product that will fit their needs and help their business grow.
A native Cape Codder, and a language graduate of University of Vermont I’ve spent the last several years working in the hospitality industry, in international sales, information systems and web development. I bring all of that experience with me and can suggest other business building ideas that will compliment your radio advertising campaign.
When not working at Cape Cod Broadcasting, Heidi can be found working with her husband and son at their business, spending time with her son at the hockey rink or just quietly tending to her hives of honeybees.
